The Anglo‑Chinese Cultural Exchange Association is proud to celebrate the achievement of our Chairperson, Ms. Lydia Tse, who was awarded the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her outstanding contributions to community service and cultural exchange.
The Investiture was conducted by His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales (now King Charles III) on 7 November 2019 at Buckingham Palace. This honour recognises Ms. Tse’s long‑standing dedication to strengthening multicultural understanding, supporting local communities, and promoting cultural heritage across Suffolk and beyond.
Ms. Tse continues to lead ACCE with passion, commitment, and a deep belief in the power of cultural connection. Her work has inspired countless individuals and helped build bridges between communities.
We extend our warmest congratulations to Ms. Tse on this remarkable achievement and express our gratitude for her ongoing leadership and service.
